Although I am a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of North Carolina and Colorado, while providing orofacial myofunctional therapy services I do not provide medical, dental, speech-language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or mental health services, nor do I diagnose or treat medical or dental conditions. Any concerns requiring such services should be addressed by a licensed healthcare professional in the appropriate field.

My services are intended to complement, not replace, care provided by licensed physicians, dentists, speech-language pathologists, or other regulated healthcare providers.

3. No Provider-Patient Relationship via Website

Use of this Website does not establish a provider-patient relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship is only created once an individual:

• Completes the appropriate intake process,

• Signs a consent to treat and/or telehealth agreement,
